By Car:
Palinuro is about 90 km from the A3 motorway Salerno Reggio Calabria and coming down Italy from the north, after Salerno the best exit is Battipaglia (about 25 km past Salerno)
Once you exit at Battipaglia - follow the directions to Vallo della Lucania and exit at Futani.
Follow the road down the hill to Massicelle, Foria, Centola, Palinuro
Palinuro is about 131 km sout of Salerno

By Train:
Railway line Naples - Reggio Calabria, and get off at Pisciotta-Palinuro railway station which is about 8 km from Palinuro.
